Singhara Atta (water chestnut flour) is a traditional, gluten-free flour used across India during fasting seasons like Navratri, Ekadashi, and Shivratri. Manan Foods Singhara Atta is finely milled from premium water chestnuts, delivering a light, slightly sweet flavour and smooth texture.

How to Use: Mix with rock salt (sendha namak), mashed potato, and a little water to form a soft dough. Cook on a tawa with ghee to make Singhara Poori or Singhara Paratha. Also used to make Singhara Halwa, Singhara Pakoras, and fasting pancakes.
